This app replaces Windows built-in volume controls with a customisable alternative. It lets you alter the sound on your system by rotating your mouse wheel using keyboard shortcuts or by sliding your mouse pointer up and down a screen edge. Volume 2 comes with an audio mixer, event scheduler command-line support and the ability to save and load presets.
