As well as transcribing words as you say them, this speech-recognition tool supports voice commands and multiple profiles and can recognise different voices and pronunciation styles. The program comes with a decent built-in word processor that saves your dictated documents in all the usual formats, including DOCX and PDF. Sadly the supplied dictionary is US-English only, but you can easily add new and alternative words and phrases to its database.
