PeaZip is a file and
archive manager that lets you create, convert and extract compressed files in
most popular formats, including ZIP, Z7 and RAR (read only). The program also
has its own native PEA format (short for Pack, Encrypt, Authenticate) that
offers various advanced functions, including built-in encryption and
split-volume support. The latest release lets you view image thumbnails and
detailed information when browsing your hard disk, making it easier to find
files to archive. The interface has been tweaked too and the Pea Launcher,
which appears when you perform a task, can now be used to extract files via
drag and drop.
