This simple customisation tool lets you give your Desktop a makeover with an embedded clock, calendar and coloured backdrops for your icons. SE-DesktopConstructor can also change your wallpaper at pre-set intervals. You can adjust the size, position and colour of objects to suit your background and choose from a decent selection of clock styles which range from basic digital displays to some fairly outlandish analogue options. Although the program is very easy to use, getting the size, positioning and transparency of boxes just right takes a little practice because you can't see how they will look on the Desktop until you apply the changes.
