If you use Microsoft Office but want the benefits of cloud technology that Google Docs provides, you will welcome this new plug-in from Google. Cloud Connect integrates the two rival suites so you can save your Office documents to the web, edit or collaborate on them in Docs and then save them back again to your Desktop. If you don't want to work on your files online, you can just use the tool to back up your important documents. Cloud Connect tracks, manages and syncs all changes making it easy to restore a previous version. The plug-in works with all versions of Office from 2003 onwards.
