This System tray tool notifies you when new mail arrives in your Gmail account, flashing up a visual alert and playing an optional sound effect. You can read and reply to massage compose new mails, download attachments and delete conversations from within the app. The tool is fully customisable with a choice of themes. As well as Gmail alerts it can deliver reminders for Google Calendar events. The free version limits you to checking two accounts.
