PickMeApp is the perfect tool if you are planning on upgrading to a new PC because it makes it easy to transfer installed programs from one computer to another. It is incredibly simple to use - just select the software you want to back up or copy and PickMeApp will save the data to a captured applications folder that you can then move to tha new drive. All your settings and any customisations will be carried over when you install the saved applications on another machine. The one downside is that PickMeApp only recognises certain programs as yet but the library of supported software is being updated all the time.
